Federation of Europe, UCE

 

UCE, United Countries of Europe, although USE is more common talked about, should be formed as soon as possibe to become a majority led federation. Form after that a federal army, federal reserves, etc.

Make shure the democracy cannot become as handicapt as the US blue-red polarized one. Make it a constitutional minimal 3 party government.

I'm sure that over time this can become the new world leadership compensating for the decay of the US.
